Aestyx partners exclusively with SBCP-certified surgeons (Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, the equivalent of ASPS in the US) operating in JCI-accredited hospitals — the same international standard used by Mayo Clinic. We do not work with clinics or unverified practitioners.

Every surgeon in our network is independently SBCP-certified, has a minimum 5-year specialist track record, and is vetted by the Aestyx board before joining. You receive their credentials, case volume, and relevant case portfolio before committing to anything. You never go in blind.

All payments go through Stripe Escrow — funds are held and only released to the surgeon after your consultation is confirmed. If the match doesn't proceed, your money is returned. Surgeons receive 100% of their professional fee; Aestyx charges a fixed facilitation fee for coordination, matching, and logistics. No hidden commissions.

Aestyx is a medical aesthetic tourism agency — not a hospital, clinic, or medical practice. We are the coordination layer: we match you to the right surgeon, manage all logistics and communication, handle payments via escrow, and provide pre/post-op support. The medical procedures are performed by independent, certified surgeons in accredited hospitals.

Aestyx provides 30-day post-op telehealth follow-up with your surgeon. For revision cases, your surgeon's revision policy (standard in the industry) applies. We document every step of your case — so if a revision is needed, the full clinical context is available immediately. We do not disappear after surgery.
